Request for Release

Connecticut Hockey Conference (CHC) only allows one release per player per season and all releases must be requested before November 1 of the current playing season (e.g. release must be requested prior to 11/1/2023 for the 2023-2024 season). Please do not request your release until you have committed to a new organization.

Any family requesting a release to another program must return all equipment owned by WHYHA to WHYHA and their family balance must be in good standing (all players paid to date).

All releases to CHC organizations will be sent directly to CHC for processing. Please allow two weeks for processing of releases to CHC.
